Through the scheme, you can lease a brand new vehicle under a salary sacrifice or salary deduction arrangement, using our panel of trusted leasing companies. Most makes and models are available via the scheme and can be driven under the scheme, with servicing, maintenance and repairs included.

Salary sacrifice is when you agree to swap part of your monthly pay before tax for a non-cash benefit, in this case a company car. As your gross salary is lower, you benefit from savings on your income tax, national insurance and pension contributions.
With this payment option you will continue to receive your cash allowance through salary.

Salary deduction payments are taken from your net pay after all deductions such as tax, National Insurance and pension contributions have been calculated. This option does not impact your pension or other benefits.
With this payment option, your cash allowance is no longer paid through salary but offset against the lease cost. The advantage of doing so means that you will benefit from the full allowance rather than losing a proportion through income tax NI & pension.

Under both arrangements, you will pay a company car ‘Benefit in Kind’ (BIK) tax based on the CO2 emissions and value of the car. To help drive the take up of EVs, this is set at just 3% of the list price for electric cars in the 2025/26 tax year compared to 16% and more for petrol and diesel vehicles.
Servicing, maintenance, insurance, breakdown cover and MOT are all included in the fixed monthly price and there is no deposit to pay or credit check required.
