Salary sacrifice
Our salary sacrifice schemes offer an attractive, cost saving benefit for you and your team.
Employees swap part of their gross monthly salary for a new car of their choice, with all main running costs included.
They save on national insurance, tax and pension contributions, plus low Benefit in Kind tax on electric vehicles.
Meanwhile, you save on national insurance and tax which you can always opt to reinvest into the scheme. It's a win win.
Salary deduction
Not all employees can afford a salary sacrifice arrangement. Or they may prefer an option that doesn't impact their gross pay and pension.
That's where salary deduction comes in, ensuring you offer an inclusive scheme that more of your employees can join.
Each month, car payments are taken out of the driver's net pay. And like salary sacrifice, all main vehicle running costs such as insurance, maintenance and breakdown are included, with no deposit or credit checks required.
